To ensure top quality, the rest is up to you. Please strictly follow these simple care instructions for the healing process of your tattoo.
Ensure your tattoo is covered for 3 days
I will cover your tattoo with a dermal «second skin». Take this item off after 3 days under running water.
Wash your tattoo gently
Wash with room temperature water. After the «second skin» is removed I recommend washing with the soap without fragrance. Do not bathe whilst tattoo is healing.
Leave to air dry
After washing the tattooed area, leave the location uncovered to breathe for approximately 15 minutes.
Apply unscented moisturiser
I recommend coconut butter or Panthenol. Ensure your hands are clean whilst applying. During the healing process itching, flaking, bruising and soreness is normal - DO NOT SCRATCH. Apply a small amount to the tattooed area to alleviate itching and flaking.
Avoid sweating
I recommend avoiding heavy sweating activities such as: gym, hiking, yoga and other activities that increase heart rate for at least 1 week after your tattoo.
No beach, pool or direct sunlight
The beach, pool and direct sunlight can SEVERELY DEMAGE the tattoo. Please, avoid for a minimum 2 weeks.
Protect from the sun (after 2 weeks)
After 2 weeks, if participating in outdoor activities, apply sun cream liberally to prevent fading.
